Possibly not in the campaign detail you want, but there are two scenarios that I know of from this time period. Scenarios for the battles of Alma and Balaclava can be found at Rugged Defense . . . Scenario Browser – Pre World War I – The Crimean War.

The scenarios were written for TOAW-COW, but I doubt that updating them to TOAW III would be a problem.

Sorry I was a bit unclear here. I meant the Crimean operation in Barbarossa. Ie
the capture of Sevastopol etc.

Obviously it's part of the larger campaigns but I'd like something focusing on this.

Ouch, got me! Obviously, game wise, I’m in a completely different time zone.

With that said, I’m a bit surprised that you haven’t found what you are looking for. Seems that WWII Eastern Front is a favorite of the scenario designing community; I would think that there must be some scenarios available that cover the time period and campaign you desire.

If not, when you need a break from Eastern Front burn-out, try the scenarios I suggested.

Danial McBride's Sevastopol 1942 is included with the game. It covers the siege of Sevastopol only, not the whole campaign.

Well I do play ficitonal WW3 from time to time ;).

Thanks for the suggestion about Sevastopol. Wasn't there one campaign focusing on Army Group South alone?

LOL!

So far, ALL WW3 games are fictional!

Somehow, I doubt there will be many players available for the 'Historical' WW3 scenarios, eh? Except possibly those players using rocks, sticks and the occasional bit of broken glass to play 'em out on a 'One-2-One scale'........

Hmm. Someone should make a stone age scenario for TOAW3.

Kidding ;).

I haven't tried playing the Crimean campaign scenario yet but it does at least loading work in TOAW3.
