I know that you have the two Parachute Regiments...are there any other Japanese units that are Airborne capable?

Is there any way to tell who is airborne capable or do you need prior knowledge?

They're signified by the Paratroop symbol in the unit Icon listed with at bottom of the screen in the Hex Command Display.

Ok...so I'm playing CHS, the only ones with the Airborne tactical symbol are the 1st and 2nd Parachute regiments. I was just wondering if there was a hidden rule somewhere about airborne units.

Cheers

In CHS the airborn capable japanese units are, as you mentioned, the two Parachute Regiments and then there is the 1st, 2nd and 3rd Yokosuka SNLF. I do belive that's all the japanese start with.

Regards
Thomas

There should be a couple others - Yokasuka SNLF's ....they are in Formosa or Samah or Saigon or Cam Ranh....been a while since I played CHS ...but they used to be there. I would use them to drop on Jolo and Singkawang using Tinas.
