ORIGINAL: anarchyintheuk Two absolute musts for me re eating seafood: I can identify it and it tastes good. That's about it. Considering all of the raw sewage dumped in the ocean, whale ****e, Godzilla, shipwrecks, oil spills, etc. in the sea, scavenging is a minor offense. Besides, lobsters mostly eat live food. Mmmmm . . . . lobster. . . . You can have mine. I've always fiound that boiled (actually steamed) lobster , the traditional way of cooking it , tasted mostly of seawater. A baked stuffed , or lobster newburg on the other hand , is realatively tasty. I know that it's a weird opinion, especially since two of my favoritite foods are sushi and sashimi. But there you have it. (I never claimed to be normal).
