Hi guys,

It seems we have several people working on different player mods of the WAW scenario all at once.

You can do whatever you want. I'm just supposed make sure your scenarios are functional not tell what you can and cannot do.
with that said I thought I might make a suggestion as player and a fan of the WAW scenario.

If the different parties involved in making a player mod of WAW were to come together and make just one player mod incorporating there ideas into just one scenario then it might make things less confusing for other players since there will be fewer versions of WAW. A Tom version and a player version...

Let me know what you guys think.

I agree that this would be better, but since you can't transport parts of one mod into another I think it will be hard to do.

Just for example, I've been trying to add national "flavours" to the WaW scenario, but every time it gets updated I have to start again because I can't "add" the new parts to my "old version" mod.
Now maybe if I was faster I could get ahead of Tom... but I don't see that happening anytime soon.

If someone can come up with an effective way we can all contribute to a single project, I'm all for it. But since changes need to be made to a single file only, one poor schmuck is going to get stuck wth all the coding etc.... and you don't want it to be me!
