heard a story at my first duty station about a ww2 vet who was using a AAA shell he had somehow kept to "fix" his hemmroids. one time the shell
got stuck. had to go to local hospital to get it removed. when asked if it was inert(safe) responded heck no!. had to have a bomb squad safe the shell before removing it...

Wonder if this fellow is related.

There are rumours that there will be a book with ALL his cartoons in.At present its going through the legal bit with his Family.Tugg died last year and Navy News has never been the same since.As i find more ill post them.
