I - as France - changed my move order from 5 to 7. This shows CORRECTLY in MY log;
but NOT correctly in other player's log entries

This is from my (GB) perspective: I see no line about France's change of movement order.

It looks like the change move order is resolved AFTER your turn file is built.
I'll look a little deeper at this...

Yeah, but I took the picture during Spain's NAVAL phase, long after both France and I have completed reinforcement.

Unless you mean after my NAVAL move?

I think we're saying the same thing...

The move change is actually done between the reinf and naval phases. This is probably what is happening:

End Reinf
Turn file built
Move change resolved
Status text added
Naval phase

With this ordering, the change move text would not make it over to the French naval.
