greetings, well, operational art of war by matrix and the ability to export the maps are a good workable source for maps, added in we maybe can try cyberboard and each cyberboard set come with his own original maps, i, personally like much the map from war in europe, by game board company SPI, now off-work, is a game of europe but with scale of division, hundreds of units and his map is the best, on my own oppinion for make a "monster" europe scenario, what have me keeping off of sharing it trough now is if there will have or not, i do not know, By The Way, if will have copyright issues to share these maps, cyberboard utility is intended for players that have the hard copy of the games to provide a digital pbem system of play these games, that is difficult to find opponents - for, main cyberboard download site at... http://cyberboard.brainiac.com/ and for find gameboxes the best way around it is to go to web grognards "cyberboard" links page, there are a large group of sites on the list that have gameboxes, some of these games are out of print and can be named as abandonware, so, i do not see problem to donwload freely them, i think, please take care about cyberboard entry at... http://grognard.com/titlec.html anyway i will put on my own site from now on the two main maps that i will use if i decide to make a new world war scenario, one that is export from operational art of war and the other from war in europe from SPI company, files take some work and much disk space, i give advice on advance on it, but will be available, maybe some map-maker like to have them available, are great europe maps, i hope to not have copyright issues, once "inserted" on the game's engine there will have no problem as the old file will change completly to the game engine graphic system, will make a notice about it when them are ready for download, best regards, alarick.
