They use Cheddar instead of mozzerella! Actually , they used to have a chain called Blimpy's (I think?) that really did use Cheddar. This was prior to Pizza hut, which invaded the UK in 1983. (Which was precced by McDonalds and Burger King, no need to thanks!) But we mad up for it in the 1990's , when we sent over Starbucks and the British , for the 1st time , could have a decent cup of coffee (and it wasn't nescafe gold blend!).

I've only ever been to Starbucks once. I couldn't take it seriously after the guy in front of me went up to the counter and asked "Do you do tea here?" in a broad Brummie accent I had to leave...
