It mustbe the "La Motte Picquet" CL.

this ship fouhgt at Koh Chang in 1941.

the smoke tower are not inclined.
And the "grue" is not between the 2 tower.

Definately Duguay-Trouin Class, most likely Lamotte-Picquet which was stationed at Saigon prior to the war. This ship was interned and stripped of weaponry in 1941. After which she was used as a training ship until sunk buy US carrier aircraft on 12 January 1945.
