keep the pics coming folks, great stuff.

I'm waiting for Bob, Bruce and Dixie.

There are no recent pictures of me. Maybe, if you're good I'll get one sorted when I'm OOA. Then it'll look like I'm busy or I know what I'm doing

This one was taken just last weekend. I had to show off my new jersey for you guys...

I'm just a couple of months shy of 50, and definitely not as spry as I once was!

I would love to get my hands on that Yamato model kit you are working on. Is that the 1/350 Tamiya? It also appears that you have added PE detailing?

It looks like you have put ALOT of work into it.

HAhahahahahaaa!

Golly, that made me laugh out loud -- as a boy, the 4th of July existed to blow up models with firecrackers. Nothing quite like entertainment for a 12 year old boy to drop a firecracker down the open hatch of a T-34!

Feltan

Back in my youth when I would build my ship models, I would add compartmentation to the hull. After completeing the ship I would take it to the slip out back, give it a good push into the water, and start plinking away at it with my BB gun.

After sinking a few, I started adding strings so I could retrieve 'em, patch 'em, and sinkex 'em all over again.

Ah the simple pleasures of youth!

That looks like the 1/200 scale kit that has been released by several kit makers including Nichimo and Dyoshu.

A European company is preparing to release a 1/72 scale Bismarck.

I was in St. Maarten, digging on the surf, and sipping some cold ones. This was a remote beach - I was there with family and friends and we took a picture with the bartender of the beach bar. There was some great surf and it wasn't crowded. I'm a Red Sox fan. The Yankees shirt is a long story - the short version was I was trying to jinx them since I have always had reverse luck.

Nicely done.

I've decided to get back into the modeling hobby after 20+ years. For my first project I choose the Revel 1/96 USS Constitution. I've been working on it about 30-60 minutes a day for the past two months and I figure I'll be starting the first steps in the rigging process towards the last of next week.

Looks like I've found my next project, one of the Yamatos.

This is me before I went under the knife to have the traffic hazzard sign removed. It didn't really hurt that much but when I turn my head a certain way on windy days...wow, that is annoying.

Tux is for my daughter's homecoming queen thingy. I cropped her out to control "preverts".

It could be Looe...we normally start there to "warm" up the ones that haven't dove in a while before moving on to something more exciting...

Hummm......

Could it be the command ball cap in the back-ground?
Could it be the haircut?
Could it be the "History of the United States Navy" book, still in a sealed bag, on the top of the bookcase?
Could it be that nucs just look like nucs?
