I think you'll found it in the czech OOB with other super heavy and rare german tanks

Thx, but where can I find those OOBs? Do I need to overwrite my orginal OOB files in the directory?

You need to change nationality when setup the new battle.
So you can buy all your force under german nation, then change to czech, buy SuperHeavy tank, and if you've other point you can change again to germany and buy some other stuff.

I never do this but I'm quite sure this is the right way.

gnoccop is correct. When purchasing (or replacing) units, you'll see a "Nation" button on the left side. When you click it, you'll get all the flags and can choose the nation you want, then click "Continue." Now you will find yourself at the purchase lists for that particular country, can choose what you want, and either click "Done," or do "Nation" again and go back to your original country purchase list.
