After a missed field goal my player got the ball in the back of the endzone and the player just stood there as the clock ticked down. No one came and tackled him, it just ran till the end of the quarter. Is there a fix for this?

Was he inside the fence or outside...or right up against it?
I have seen a kick return guy field the ball right on the sideline and get hung up.
One way I have seen to get past this is to hit ESC, and go to the stats screen, then go back into gameplay.
Might help.

Would it have made a difference that we were playing it in one of the stadiums that was not built for indoor football?
