Will OpFor RPG units fire their RPGs at personel? as well as their rated target of vehicles? (if there are no vehicles for the unit to fire at.....meaning do they simply priorities)?

I think they are marked as AT weapons in Vanilla game.
New version of my mod will have some of them (RPG-7, RPG-16) marked as grenade launchers, which causes them to fire at people more frequently.
They make some great Black Hawk Down style moments.

And RPOs are great for cutting down new Civilian Crowds!
