I have 1.5 PBEM campaigns as the USA under my belt--both have gone disastrously, & am hoping to find an opponent with roughly similar experience level, but no one will be turned away!

Dedication to finishing the game is the only required qualification.

I'm running version 1.10d, & prefer not to use any mods.
