I've been playing some quick games to see how my custom plays work, and one thing that is kind of bothering me is fatigue. It seems as if players fatigue too quickly, and it has too much of an effect on their abilities, most notably speed. It leads to inneffective players and plays. Fatigue tends to effect a players focus more than his actual ability - yes he slows down a little, but not to half speed, which is what it appears players do.

What does the rest of the community think?

You can change the settings. In the game folder is a file named "Constants". You can open and edit using the Microsoft Editor.

I know this post is a little old, dream, but did you wind up finding an effective solution through changing any of the Fatigue Constants? That is the one section I haven't really messed with, so I'd be very interested to hear the results of someone who had...

well I've done spme work with the fatigue section
mainly because the QB's swap during play way to often

I never once seen Eli Manning leave the field because he tired
or any other QB for that matter

So I have adjusted the fatigue settings somewhat
I arnt sure what others want out of it but these are my settings:

Fatigue_AddRunning=3
Fatigue_AddCatching=4
Fatigue_AddBlockingPush=5
Fatigue_AddBlockingPass=6
Fatigue_AddTackling=7
Fatigue_AddBeingTackled=15

In Quick Sim as a note - fatigue seems to play no role whatsoever.

I've played with a bunch of factors and as Quick Sim is an entirely different engine I've found that this is another thing that never made it into the quick sim portion of Max FB.

Mykal, how did these work out? Were you able to get the ai to stop swapping the QB?

I had to raise my QB's indurance rataings and I see it a lot less. But, was also wondering if I should do something in the constants, as well, to eliminate it all together.
