In other news, after apparently plateau'ing for a while, my weight has now resumed its decline. Minus 5 pounds over the last week!

Keep up the exercise. Eventually, add a bit of jogging during the walk. It'll increase the weight loss rate and increase your metabolism, not to mention the health benefits.....
