Hi Folks,

Well, I'm just curious to know if someone played my "Royal Oppnent" scen???
I'd like to hear the impressions about it..is it good?, bad?...etc..

I will start a set of scen covering the 5th Jager Division during the relief of the Demyansk's pocket so I would like to know if I'm in the right way with this stuff ..
Any comments will be appreciated!

Status: offline 		Hi! I've played the Royal Opponent scenario twice as Soviets and really enjoyed it. Got my butt kicked both times though, those Tigers are hard to kill... any suggestions on winning this one? I try for flank shots and ambushes but my play is probably a little clumsy. I prefer scenarios based on actual historical actions and I like to compare my result with the historical - so I guess I'm off to the gulag after this one! :)

Status: offline 		OK, tried it again. I still lost... I know I have to strike for the village behind the german lines then kill King Tigers, but I sill lose. How does a Bolshevik Patriot win this thing?

Don't worry Comrade!! the "Boss" will not send you to Siberia for this! :D
Well, the village behind the german advance isn't so important , you must concentrate at Ogledow and Hill 274.1, if I remember exactly the number :)
try to ambush the Kings with your reinforcments. the best weapon you have are the T-34/85, The Josifs cannot face the King at equal conditions, you must manouvre your T-34s to shot the Kings at their side or from behind..hope this can help you :)

is all finished at your studio?

well, i finally got a PC for my home :D..it means many nights without sleep!! :D
but now I can speed up a little with the design..soon you will face the deep snow of the Russian's winter ;)
