I'm aware that WPO has its origin with WITP. I have played WITP and it's just too big and complicated for me. What I am wondering is if WPO is more in scope like UV - more or less limited rather than covering the entire Pacific ocean.

It is like WitP ... but you can play some smaller scenario similar UV
