I am playing Third Temple Scenario, and whenever I want to launch my Nuclear Armed Aircraft, although the number for "Ready" is 00:00 it still wont launch. Is this a bug or im doing something wrong?

I, too, have seen that phenomenon before. I mentioned it to a member of the AGSI test group, 6 July, 2007 and even sent a test file. Guess nothing was ever done about it. There isn't a specific issue report on this matter, because the symptoms seem so similar to these other two reports:

I'll see if I can't replicate it. Can you provide additional details? The more detail you provide, the easier it will be to produce a test file. Are you playing with Auto-formation patrols enabled?

When it happened to me, I was able to get the 0:00 ready time to disappear by fiddling around with the loadout. I think that I just ordered the plane to "Ready" with the same loadout and the 0:00 to make it go away. I'm not positive (it was awhile ago). Thanks for mentioning it.

We handled the issue in IRC. The cause was the plane had a nuclear loadout but the option to use nukes was not enabled. The plane will not launch when armed with nukes. I'll consider giving feedback so the user is not left wondering.
