I have owned COTD for a long time. I Ordered a hard copy and havve the.pdf manual.
Please tell me it is longer than the 3 pages that explain nothing about how to play the game or how things work. I have tried over the last 2 years to figure it out on my own. I Know people use this as a tool for miniature campaigns( It's Why I bought it). Can anyone help me here?

Hi,

The manual is 38 pages long and should be stored under the "manual" folder of your COTD folder on your hard drive.  It isn't too hard once you get the hang of it.  It kind of runs on its own after you issue orders.

I am reloacting personally right now, but when I get back on my feet if you are still interested I can try to help you more.
