I just refueled a fast CA TF before ordering it to bombard and then retire. Now the movement shows 1/0 when it used to be 6. Am I really reduced to 1 hex movement?

Yes. Refueling eats Ops points. They spent so much time refueling that there is not enough time to get far.

If you've got it set to "mission speed" (and you've refueled your TF), it will wait a turn so that it can still zoom in and out at night.

But if you've got it set to full or cruise speed (and have just refueled with 1/0 move), you're accepting the manual move rate (of 1/0).
