Not as such
but I have come across it more than a few times whilst searching for graphics, logo's and stuff for mods

There seems to be alot of two way players in the league looking at the rosters for the teams.

No, at least I cannot remember*, go to see there is another avuenes for players who cannot get into The NFL.

*-I might have run across it while I was working on the locations for The GW'sSA's Teams/Programs/Franchises.
