Will this game pick up the resolution of my desktop, or play at a set size and scale?

You have 2 choices for screen resolution while configuring the game. One is "fixed window", (not sure what that does) and the other matches you screen resolution. I am not sure what the limits are, but I typically use 1440x900, and have tried 1600x900. Both work .
