I am from Russia – so sorry for my bad english.

In manual is written:
item 17.7:
«If a Battle Group voluntarily disbands while it is out of supply, it loses all of its active vehicles, and 25% of its remaining infantry units are captured before they return to the group’s supply pool.
If an unsupplied Battle Group is forced to disband involuntarily, because it is forced off a map, it loses all of its vehicles, and 50% of its infantry units are captured. This can be a crippling loss.»

It rules does not work. If a Battle Group voluntarily disbands while it is out of supply, it Nothing loses.
Because of it loses sense to surround the opponent !!!
For example, I have surrounded opponent tank Battle Group. The opponent will make disband Battle Group and it does not lose tanks. The opponent only loses territory. It is very bad for a strategic part of game.
I remember its rules did not work in original CC4, CC5.
You can correct it?

This has been addressed in the upcoming patch.

It is currently in testing and should be ready soon.

Andrew Williams has told:
" in a new patch will be: BGs that disband while out of supply now lose units from their FP as well as active units. The chance to lose a unit in the FP depends on difficulty setting:
   Recruit: 0%§
   Green: 5%§
   Line: 10%§
   Veteran: 15%§
   Elite: 20%§
If you intentionally disband your own BG (using the 'Disband' button) the chance for losing a FP team is 5% less.  "
 
It is very good, that the bug is corrected. But it is a pity, that from disband BGs while out of supply there is not enough sense. For example, to surround and destroy tank German BG it is very complex, and what will occur? For example, from 20 tanks which this had BG, it will have 18 tanks (if it is played LINE/LINE).
 So, that the huge request to make so that disband while out of supply BG led to more essential consequences, for example, chance to lose not less than 50%  vehicles and 30% infantries.

H2H you could use a high percentage like you suggest (50%+) but against the AI a high percentage like that would just make the game too easy....

The single company in CC4 very few people involves now as schedule weak, and AI normally operate armies cannot - too complex game. In CC4 the multiplayer is very interesting only. Therefore could make a patch for a multiplayer (or to explain as to change files CC4) that destruction BG is out of supply was appreciable for players (for example, loss 40-50 units).
Once again explain why it is important.
At a stage of planning of courses BG the player is compelled to think - whether it is necessary to go on risk, that it BG it will appear in surround. If there was a real threat of surround BG, the player is compelled to struggle strongly avoiding " BG is out of supply ". At last, having got in an environment the player is compelled to struggle strongly to avoid also an surround BG. All this does game much more interestingly.

If the player loses only 10 units for players environment BG has small value. It not only is not interesting but also is not realistic. In WoW2 all the cores were planned to surround the opponent. Excuse for bad English.

Prompt, I can independently change the chance to lose a unit in the FP? Or you prompt as it to make?
