When starting choose the highest ground and a place where flanking from both sides are not possible. Here I have the ocean on my right which prevents flanking. Use the elevated ground for cover, but always have a merc covering those areas with a clear shot.

This is an example of a flanking attempt. The enemy is focused on Ras, the closest merc.

I found that SVU-A in the Heli at the Airport. It sure is deadly with the blue(AP) ammo.

Camping pays off and this is why I find this game too easy.

Yes, you can do this at all locations. First time is fun, but after the same thing over and over, the game gets boring.

Well, you can always choose not to camp, and instead challenge yourself to push forward instead of letting the AI come to you. That's what I've started to do once the camping became tedious.

I agree with you Slick and I try to do that as often as I can. My problem is that the maps are too small, I start the map spending all my AP's on shooting. The AI starts rushing my position and I have no time to advance, if I do they tear me to shreds (playing veteran). If I was a dev I would have instucted the AI to run to and defend some key strategic places, such as buildings, roofs and hills and not my position. At least when they are supposed to defend a sector. When they are attacking its OK if they rush my position, then I would have the benefit of using the prepared defence positions.

I still love this game, I just want to make it better.
