Hi Frank,
This game is outstanding. I know its late for asking for any fixes, but I thought I would list my wishlist here. Mine are going to be out of the oridinary, I think, but these are in fact my top priorities or concerns.
1. The "Join Central Powers" check box on the Start Form is different than the others. It has square check boxes instead of the circular ones the others use. Its border is different and the text background is not transparent, etc..
2. The News Form needs to have a border like the Overall Map Form. It just looks out of place without one, IMHO.
3. The red border outlines on the main map are not aligned properly. I am sure you already know that. Its driving me crazy and keeping me up late... 
4. The Control (Flag) Icons and Overall Map Icons are present in the graphics directory. HOWEVER, thes bmp files are NOT being used by the game. Obviously the exe has these imaged embedded. Please fix the exe so it uses the icons in the Graphics folder.
5. The Victory Points Form has nice strings that spell out the unabreviated name of a country or its status, except when a country is conquered. Then the string built abreviates the country name and ads "conq". This should be a very easy fix.
Thats it. I might add a couple of more things, later.
Thanks for all the good work, and I definately look forward to future titles from you, especially if they follow the same format as GoA.
