I downloaded the game and now a question!

Ýn which order should I download at first Patch V1.03?

and then run it?

And then download the Update v.1.04. and run it?

Status: offline 		Version 1.04 is comprehensive and all you will need.
Don't waste time downloading version 1.03 as it will be overwritten.

Status: offline 		When you download the patch, it will automatically find the correct folder to install to.

Status: offline 		Yes, you can put it in the main game folder.
The key, as Antoni pointed out, will then be to open the folder and double click to unpack the zip file. Then follow all directions but, most is automatic.
