Status: offline 		Good question - I'm not really sure.  If you got the download version, it very well may be the latest edition, look when you boot it up I think the main screen (lower right) will tell you what version you have.

I just got the game for Christmas, but I got the CD version and I did have to download to the latest update patch to version 1.06.
