Status: offline 		Not sure if anyone else has done this, but here is my version:

For those that might want to make a sample of their teams uniforms for a website, or whatever...here is a template I found, or someone found and I re-found, but I made it into layers for easier 'tricking out'
The zip contains a PSD and PSP version.
