If you both want to get wiped out, I will PBEM with me as Allies...

I hope you both know whomever is Axis, will lose very quick.  End of 1941, 1st quarter 1942.

Realize that the reason for the imbalance is that the Allies have too much PP from USA.  Also be aware that Axis armor turns to 0 as soon as it is surrounded, and it will not recover the next turn even if you re-open the supply line.  For the Allies, if you rescue them the turn after they are surrounded, they are okay.  This is a huge imbalance you need to be aware of before you start your match.  And because the Axis do not have much PP, they cannot replace an Armored formation that they lose.

Balto Thanks, but I edelweiss75 answered first. You're right, I'm another game in the mid-42 and I am defeated.

Next game try adjusting the USSR and USA to -25PP's or -50PP's. It helps make the game more interesting for the Axis.

James, I am thinking you are saying to modify the files.  Can you tell me how to do that?

When you start the game and are picking countries to control choose to make the USA and Russia hard(-25%) or very hard(-50% PP's).
It would be nice if these were sliders so you had more choices. Better yet it would be cool if you could set them and then events in the game could change them. Then you could have the USA gradually build up their PP production over time, sort of like War Economy does only with a little more control.

Just for all of you to know,

I've already decreased initial level of PP in NY.
It will increase with time or until USA enetrs the war.

That will go a long way towards balancing things out.
What about having sliders for biasing the game instead of just a few fixed choices?
