I seem to have a vague recollection that you could clear the event list (i.e. clear all the events of the scenario) in the scenario editor.
Does anyone know if it can be done and how to do do it?

I suppose you could use the F7 feature to load a blank event list. (To create the blank list, just use the F6 feature and delete all the events in an XML editor.)
