Status: offline 		IMHO, the previous version of COG had a fatal flaw in that prisoners that were liberated were immediately reconstituted into active military units at the site they were being held. Does that situation still exist in the new version?

Status: offline 		They seem to be transported back into their own territory when they surrender.
