I have had 4 seperate lock ups in 24 hrs 3 were related to shut down if I exited using the hot key it was ok but on the in game screen caused a complete computer lock up. The latest was at the conclusion of a sub attack and it locked up in the middle of the progrm. Also the animations are sporadic. One time I have had complete animations three times just pictures without animations. I am running a P4 1.9 512 ram nvidia 64 Dell system right out of the box. Any help guys? BTW I am having a ball with the game.

Hi,

what OS are you running? What exactly do you mean by Nvidia 64 ? Did you update the graphic cards driver to the latest available?

Updating drivers can be crucial in a lot of cases, that also counts for soundcard etc.

I am running in Windows ME and the graphics card is a 64MB NVIDIA Geforce2 MX with TV out

Did you update to the latest Nvidia drivers for the card yet and checked if that helped ?

Well twice again today it has locked up. I have the latest drivers and I have also set my hardware acceleration from best to standard. Still happening. The way it happens is when I first start playing the animations that accompany the combat screens are static then when I have been playing a while the animations begin ( bomb splashes fighter guns etc) and the game lockes up at the combat results screen. Any other ideas?
