Hello every one
long time player first posting.
I have reinstalled JTCS and as hard as I try I cannot get the game units to speed up.
I have selected and unselected the speed up option and restarted etc.
Need help on this.
Many thanks to anyone who can help in advance.

You selected the "Options" menu options "Fast Computer Player" and "Fast Human Player" and nothing happened?

Or, did you select them and things worked okay until the next replay (and you selected not to watch it) and things went slow again? If the latter, you have run into a bug where some game settings are not honoured when you don't watch the replay. These include the two options above. You then have to uncheck the options then re-check them to get the "Fast" version.
