I'm just trying to start up my first PBEM. When I try to open the secure set up that my opponent is sending me I'm getting the error message "There is an error with your serial number as entered". Can anyone explain why I'm getting this??
I have checked that I have put in the correct serial number in my game (I am running version 1.11)

I have posted this on the run5 forum earlier tonight but have had no response yet
