My game, MTX53967, ordered May 2, still doesn't show up in the USPS system under the tracking number provided by Matrix. It was indicated to have been shipped on Thursday. Is there a problem?

There is no problem just that USPS sucks and can not keep there system updated.

I was in the sam boat until today around noon, and now the package has just been updated and is in town...

HeHaw! My copy arrived in the Monday mail. Still no tracking info, though. Fascinating, I think USPS did considerably better that UPS ground would have done. They just need to forget the tracking stuff (actually, it appears they did exactly that)

The fact is IF your package was lost, you would have waited days just to figure that out. Also no claims can be made on your behalf until its "Officially" lost.

UPS may loose a package or two but its nice that the customer and Matrix can at any time look up a customer order. It also does not take them days or weeks to update their tracking numbers.
