Status: offline 		Can someone at Matrix please post the status of your shipment to Chips and Bits? I see a distributor in England has received the game and shipped to their customers who have taken delivery. However the shipment to C&B has apparently has not arrived in Vermont. Thanks.

Status: offline 		It is not our place to state when such and such dealer shipments were shipped out. You should ask that dealer if you have a question.

Status: offline 		I did ask C&B on Friday but they haven't answered yet. Someone at Matrix already reported here that the distributor games left your warehouse in CA on Wednesday. Seems like they should have made it to Vermont by now especially since games have already made it to Europe. I would hope you could at least provide an answer to your customers even if we didn't order direct from Matrix. Thanks.

Status: offline 		I also pre ordered from C&B in mid April only because Matrix was not taking pre orders at that time. Now i see everyone who waited and ordered from Matrix got there copys this week. Boy is this driving me crazy! Every time i check the C&B web site for my order status(about every 4 hrs) it's still at preorder. Oh well another weekend without UV :(

Fair enough. I just figured you guys had tracking on those shipments. I'll pester C&B again Monday and post here if I learn anything. Sorry if I sounded too negative, but I'm also chomping at the bit and preorded in April assuming the distributors would get their copies first.

Status: offline 		If the game was shipped from California to Vermont via UPS ground, it should take at least a week for the shipment to arrive at Chips and Bits, so don't expect C&B to have the game until Wednesday at the earliest.

Status: offline 		Personally I can't recommend C&B, they are FIRST to pre-advertise new games and the LAST to ship them! Sorry to hear of your having to wait but if it is any consolation, I preordered as well direct from Matrix and while my game shipped (on Thursday) I still don't have it. I am sure it will be in my hands Monday, a few more days is not worth the heartache and $20 some paid for "express shipping" to me.

I checkecd by status and it says "preorder" I called C&B and they said Matrix had not released the game to C&B and was not scheduled to do so until next week! I have ordered alot of games from C&B, and this is the first time that this has happened. Usually I get the game at the same time others do. It has been a great disappointment. However, now that I have gotten over the initial disappointment I am playing Grigsby's PACWAR as a consolation. In reading the notes to that game, he says the greatest single mistake Japan made was not releasing its huge submarine fleet against American Merchant shipping. I hope I have the option to do this in UV.

Status: offline 		I ordered through Chips and Bits on Friday with 2 day delivery. I am calling C&B tomorrow morning. If they don't tell me they have UV in stock and ready for shipment, I am cancelling my order. I will reorder through Matrix games even though the cost for shipping is about $5 more than Chips and Bits. The shipping costs are absolutely amazing!

Status: offline 		I think it's rather deceptive of C&B to list UV in their "What's Hot" category as opposed to "Coming Soon" or "What's New" because they don't even have the game yet.

Status: offline 		I am not able to say how or what C&B is or is doing. My guess is you talk to some operator who knows less to nothing and is just repeating the standard line.

Every dealer order was sent on time and via Air shipment. NO dealer orders were sent ground. We do not know why they are not shipping yet but it has nothing to do with Matrix Games and us sending them the games.

Status: offline 		C&B no longer lists UV as "Coming Soon" on the front page. However it is still listed as "Preorder" if you search on it. Must be they have Fog of War turned on at their website.

Status: offline 		Just called C&B. No joy. The guy says the game was released by Matrix "late last week", a point I corrected him on, but they don't have it yet and he can't say specifically when they will. "Some time this week" was his answer on when they'll start shipping.

Status: offline 		I don't know how much luck you will have with Matrix either, although they do have the game of course. I ordered 3 day last Thursday, no sign of UV and my order status still say "new". I'm really getting frustrated with this.

Status: offline 		Keep in mind our site was down all of Friday due to a network error caused by our ISP. Therefore any orders that didn't go out to our warehouse on Thursday had to wait until today to get to them and start shipping. Our warehouse updates shipment status in batches at the end of the day (and they're on Pacific time, so that means it's pretty late when they update). Check back tomorrow morning, chances are it will have shipped out.

Status: offline 		So I ordered UV from Matrix this morning with 2 day delivery by UPS. Since I ordered this morning, should I expect it shipped today and thus count as one day of the two days shipping? If so, then I should receive it tomorrow! Or if I ordered today, it ships tomorrow and then I should expect it on Wednesday? Or should I count my blessings if I receive it within the next month considering we are dealing with UPS?

Status: offline 		I had to order from C&B because if I want to order from Matrix, I'd have to upgrade my Netscape from v4.6 to at least v4.7. On a crummy 56k connection (I'm lucky to get 28.8) the download is nearly impossible and I didn't want to wait for a Netscape CD to arrive in the mail before I could order. Now it's looking like I might have saved time (but not money) had I done so.....

You could have simply called the Matrix toll-free telephone number for orders. That's what I did after cancelling my C&B order.

Well, I placed a seconed big (in my terms, C&B will surely order much much more) order on that Friday.
On that day UPS failed to deliver my first order to my workplace.
When i went out today (tuesday) to pick up my first parcel, I was surprised that UPS had both parcels available for me.
So, if C&B ordered something on Friday, I would be very surprised if they would not receive it today or tomorrow.
Remember, the parcel to me here in Germany had to cross that big anti-tank ditch (sometimes also called "The Atlantic Ocean"), while C&B sits in North America.

Just my 0.02 Euro.
