Is a corp that retreats after losing a combat allowed to assault the garrison of the area it was retreated to? (in the same combat phase)

You shouldnt be able to acording to manual, but dont know if its tested, if you can it sounds like a bug.

I believe I have been able to do this before but am not sure what version it was.. I will check again with the next build.
