This is really two related bugs, both already familiar, but one was supposed to be fixed but doesn't really seem to be, while the other was trivial before but is now substantial.

Bug 1: When a city is besieged and relieved by friendly forces, even if the enemy is driven away, the city is supposed to forage. This was supposedly implemented a couple of updates ago. But all I've seen since then is a warning that the city is out of supply. I've never seen a forage roll reported, or lost any factors.

Bug 2: After a city is successfully relieved, the out of supply warning continues for a while even though it isn't besieged any more. This was trivial, because no factors were ever actually lost. However, I have just seen it happen in 1.06--lost two factors in a city where the siege had been relieved the previous month. I *still* haven't seen any lost the actual month of the siege.

For the first one, I don't have anything I can send you, but it's easy enough to set up a situation in which a relieved city should forage. However, it's hard to know in an individual case whether there's been a bug, since you do get the appropriate "out of supply" warning and it could be that there was a forage roll not listed in the log. (They don't all seem to show up there.) But as I said, over time, I've never seen factors lost.

For the second, I'll send you France's land phase. Just autoforage or whatever you want to do, and end the turn. Every time I try it, a forage roll is listed in the log for Bordeaux, and sometimes factors are lost.

Interesting point: the siege was relieved the previous month with minor corps (Danish and Swedish), which are correctly listed as friendlies in the rural area. But I find that if I move them away during my land phase, I get no out-of-supply warning, and no forage.

I'll post it at Mantis.

its possible that its only in certain cities, that you will still get warnings, as i as france have tried to get warnings from a few cities, not all of them does it, just a few...

Yes, getting warnings about cities no longer besieged has been going on for a while, and you're right, it's sporadic. What's new here (I think) is actually losing factors from false sieges.
