First off - absoluely GREAT GAME. I have been completely immersed in the manual and my screen for 3 days now. This game should keep me busy until CL and WiP are released (love your games Matrix :D).

One question that I have so far is re: weather. I know the weather is determined for each base prior to air missions being launced, but how does the initial weather report fit in. Is this a theater wide report or is it for PM. Furthermore, is there any way to check weather at individual bases/TFs during the orders phase? I know the weather is extremely variable in the Pacific and things will change over the course of the 24 hr turn cycle but it would be nice to get a general idea of the weather pattern throughout the theater. This could also be helpful in roughly predicting the weather pattern movement over the course of several turns.

Also, on another note, the bomber crews are listed as one pilot (the capt of each bomber I assume). Does this assume that support personnel is responsible for the remainder of the crew? Just a thought, but it might be interesting to have the remainder of the crew represnted in WiP. Gunners and bombardiers could have their experience improve over time leading to more successful bombing mission. Furthermore, you might have a pilot but if the rest of the crew was wounded or KIA you won't be going very far.
