ORIGINAL: Perturabo I wonder what would happen if someone would try to deconstruct Warhammer 40000 like this. A game for 12 year old kiddies. Hey, who you calling 12?! I'm 41 in a couple of weeks!!!! Yes, I admit to having the box set of Warhammer 40k and have played a few times. It's great fun for a couple of hours. I got into painting the figures ages ago too, but with nobody to play it against regularly, it sort of fizzled out. Every time I visited a local Games Workshop store, I thought about popping in for one of their evening gaming sessions, but as 99% of the players seem to be 12, I decided I was far too old! Oh well. AD&D is the one I miss most. Sigh... A film in the Warhammer universe with Star Trek production values would be a pretty good idea. Get someone like Spielberg or J.J. Abrams to direct and I'd go and see it. Then again, it would probably be one of the many films out there with amazing fx, but no plot or script worth talking about.
