Is anyone working on a comprehensive modern equipment database? Covering, maybe 1980-2010?

you could try here: http://forums.gamesquad.com/downloads.php?do=cat&id=38&sort=date&page=4

There are several versions that were done for the previous version. I don't know anything about their criteria or what was included.

Thanks for that link. I took it and updated it. I eliminated everything that didn't (in my best estimation) see service past 1960 and added a few things. I didn't change many values for things (yet), just mostly reorganized everything (a lot of equipment was out of order or scattered in really random places).

I'm posting it here and my TOAW site (see sig) as a beta modern database - comments and testing would be very welcome. Some of the Soviet/Russian tank armor levels seem especially iffy. Let me know what I can add/change!

Nice to see someone working on such alternative scenarios. I like what-ifs too and I think Toaw is a great tool it.
