I bought Forge of Freedom a while back, and it's been sitting on my hardrive unplayed. If anyone wants it, and if it doesn't violate any policies, I would like to give it to him.

Its some sort of trick.....some devious plot.....alert the internet police and run a complete check. Something is very wrong if you buy a game, any game and then do not even PLAY it.
I have heard of people like this but this is the first time ai have almost come face to face with one.

I can't see why there would be any sort of problem. You'll need to notify Matrix if the game has been registered to your members club account. Beyond that, just hand over the game and serial, uninstall and destroy any other copies.

I used to do this,  A LOT.  In fact recently I spend my time trying to configure these old games to run on DosBox, so I can play them, for the FIRST time.

I used to buy too much stuff on inpulse, and that's another reason I avoid going to EB stores.

Manticore,

Allow me to second the suggestion that you at least give it a try if you haven't, it's a great game. Was there something that put you off trying it?

Regards,

- Erik

Yeah I have copies of old DOS games that do run for the most part on either DOSBOX or XP Pro. I wonder if there is a market fort some of them. A lot of them have a disk and a box and nothing else. Unfortunately I had a friend helping me clean out my house and a lot of documentation got lost.
