YOU KNOW YOU'VE BEEN PLAYING UV TOO MUCH WHEN . . .

10. When your friends call you on the phone, you ask them for something called a "coastwatcher report".

9. You begin to think of your wife / significant other as an "AK".

8. When an airplane flys overhead you try frantically to check if you deployed an AA unit in your car.

7. Everything looks blue. Light blue.

6. You "count the hexes" between your computer and the refrigerator to see if you can make a "supply run" during darkness.

5. You can't sleep because as you make the attempt . . . AIR ATTACK ON TF AT 17, 46, 22 x A6M2 Zero, 41 x D3A Val, 47 x B5N Kate . . . (see, scared you didn't it?).

4. You look at the gas gauge in your car and wonder why the "AO" did not "replenish at sea".

3. When something goes drastically wrong at work, assuming you still have a job, you say to yourself "we need another HQ unit for support".

2. When passing under an overpass, you start hoping the Betty's torpedos will miss.

1. Your wife/significant other looks at you funny when you say "I need to set my naval search level to 100 percent".

Funny

I like them all but my favorite is:
6. You "count the hexes" between your computer and the refrigerator to see if you can make a "supply run" during darkness.
You give up your plans to fly to an important conference / business meeting etc. because there is a thunderstorm going on.

...or you start building a "barge hub" next to your computer, buying another desk claiming you are "expanding your port/airfield" and ask/request more "ground troops" on it.

...when you quickly slip into the UV forum, post 10 messages in the wee hours of the morning, fade off into the darkness, and call it a successful bombardment. :D

. . . instead of using mosquito repellent, your instinct is to 'increase your CAP level'.
