Hello,

Ive had somethg interesting happen when I tryed to move a rested BG (still marked rested).

I'll explain it like this. I move the rest BG (8th RGT/4th ID) at start of turn 3 from map uncle red to tare green. It goes into a map with a german bg (wn8/709). 12thRGT/4th ID moves from tare green to ravenonville (empty map). 502 RGT/101 AB moves from st.germain de varreville to st marie du mont (into german bg 795 ost/709). 506RGT/101 AB moves from st marie du mont to exit 2 (german bg 919/709). Basically you are seeing a counter circle movement with 12th/4ID breaking out of the loop into open area.

Results of executing that move:

First battle:
8th/4th vs 919/709.
8th/4th are on correct map....tare green
919/709 are on map (thats were they should be)..............exit 2.
should be WN8/709.

Not good....you have a battle with both units on diffrent maps...

I take the rested check mark off the rested BG 8th/4th before I make the same moves above, and everythg is correct, no problems.

So what that tells me is we have to remember to uncheck a BG before we move it or we MAY get incorrect results? I am not sure thats what the game means to do, but I will definitly make sure I uncheck them before moving (If i dont forget...lol).

Maybe the game could automatically check for that and correct it for us?

Ive got saved game file, just tell me how to get it to you guys.

Rob..

Are you saying  919/709  are on 2 maps simultaneously after the move.. Exit2 and Tare Green?

Got it..

I get screwy results using your saved game.. not the same as you but screwy none the less.

I'll try and do some tests using a different game.

Looking at your other issues (1/3 map deploy)I'm wondering if you have a corrupted game install??

But I want to test rested movement though on a new saved game...
