G'day All, I got version 3.? from "PC Gamer" and got the other upgrades which will take the game to v4.4, except for the V2.0 to V4.0 upgrade (137megs). When I go to the URL provided for the upgrade http://www.gamesdomain.co.uk/directd/2318.html I find the update is instead the FULL version of the game. I don't have a CD-burner and I don't need the FULL version as I have V3.? on CD already. Is there another site where I may download the version 2 to version 4 update only? I have ADSL so d'loading isn't a problem, however I don't want to clog my HDD with a 300+meg file that I don't require. Thanks in advance to anyone who can help me out here. ---Best regards Gary7

you have two options. Download V4.0 complete, or download the V2.0 to 4.1 upgrade as listed on the Matrix download page. http://www.matrixgames.com/spwaw/downloads.asp

To Keebler,M ATRIXGames, Anyone, and Everyone, Unfortunately while the URL I provided is for the V2.0 to V4.1 upgrade, it contains only the FULL install 300+megs. Check it out yourself. Ummmm so I'm wondering what happened to the V2.0 to V4.1 update in the first place? Would someone at MATRIX like to comment? If someone has the update I'd sure appreciate it if someone would put the file in question on their personal website. I can confirm d'load via email and then the "someone" could delete the file. ---Best regards Brian R. aka Gary7

Look in the links section and go to Fabioes site and find the link to tankheads site. I typed the adress wrong above or something.

Thanks RUSco for the effort. The URL's while listing both the FULL version and the update point to one URL which currently is only offering the FULL install to V4.4 a 300+meg d'load... I guess I'll take "WB's" advice that he found in another thread and wait for the Dec. issue of "Computer Gaming World" which contains V4.0 on CD... Thanks again... ---Best regards Brian R. aka Gary7

Gary CGW has SPWAW in their December issue. Saw it today(in Canada), dont know what Ver but I think its safe to say its at least V4. ------------------ McGib Ready Aye Ready
