Is anyone at Matrix tracking developing trends in bugs or points of confusion so that such items can be addressed in updated virtual manuals and/or patches?

Hello...

Yes, I am handling the patch. I read the forum and make notes on new bugs and feature requests and coordinate with the design team and play test coordinator.
