The Swindon orc, seeing the 1st level Mage standing inexplicably still in front of him, fires a poisoned arrow from his bow... it contacts, your armor class is 9 - it penetrates doing 2 points of damage, but deadly Swindon Poison now courses through the system of Nik, the 1st level mage...

Nik saves partially against the Swindon poison due to high blood Vicodin levels... he becomes partially Swindonized, however, and immediately loses interest in the Orcs, wandering off to look for the Magic Roundabout and Ian Fleming's grave.

"back on June 18, i thought I had ordered a CD case copy of a longtime favorite: Steel Panthers MBT from Shrapnel games. Given that it was now the 30th, and they'd sent me an "email" on the 19th saying it had "shipped", i was starting to get impatient and concerned. After calling customer service i was informed that i had actually purchased the download version of the game and should have been sent a link almost instantly to download it. (I didn't) So for over a week and a half now i've been waiting for a game that was destined never to arrive and one i could have been playing in glorious high resolution a week+ ago.

This pitbull moment was again, brought to you by Nik
