I have been noticing something strange and irritating about naval leaders, and this happens playing both sides against the AI. I am using the CSC option and note that often the sub-commanders will disappear from under the corps commander and be placed in a port city somewhere in friendly territory. I have loaded up a confederate flotilla of ironclads with five sub-commanders only to see them all moved to port cities throughout the Confederacy the next turn. I have had the same thing happen with Union naval leaders.

This has NEVER happened with any land leaders of either side.

Anyone else experience this problem?

BTW, love the game.

Thanks,
Dave

Wow this forum is dead!!!  I am having a similar problem, with Hallek, show up on the leaders screen as in Evansville.  When I click on the red lettering on bottom of screen it wont take me there, and no units actually appear in evansville.  So where is Hallek??

That's very odd. Never heard of that before. Can you consistently make it happen from a save game? If so, send one to 2by3@2by3games.com and I'll see if we can duplicate it.

You can send a save to 2by3@2by3games.com and I'll take a look.
