Status: offline 		Has anyone else noticed that when playing agains the computer that diplomacy doesn't have the same set of rules for the computer "player" as the human? IE as a human you can't perform diplomacy on a minor that an ally currently has as influenced or allied, yet the computer can.

Playing as Austria I notice that my allies were undermining my diplomatic efforts when checking the log and seeing that they were attempting to influence countries that I currently have as allied. Anyone else experiencing the same thing (I didn't save the game in question)?
